I haven't posted anything in awhile and that is because I was so frazzled and so confused on what was going on. No jobs were getting back to me after the Indonesia fiasco! Thailand actually sounded more promising than Taiwan, in terms or getting hired. I had three interviews with Thailand and they told me they would get back to me ASAP, because they understood how long I had already been waiting to go through the process that they wanted to get the ball rolling. Their actions did not match their words. It has been two weeks, 3 emails(from my end) and still nothing!
Fortunately for me, however, Taiwan found me a job and I will be working with a fairly well know and reputable company called Principal school. It will be teaching mainly kindergarten but also come elementary aged children as well. The pay is pretty good, however, I cant disclose how much exactly.
So these are the details I can share with you. I need to be there for Feb. 8th, I need to apply for a Visitor Visa and book a flight. I need to give both my jobs a month's notice of my leave, pack my room up and make lists of what I need to bring. But most importantly, I need to take the next month and a bit to see all my friends, spend time with loved ones and party it up with everyone that I will miss so so so much!
